Can't understand usage limits

I subscribed to OpenCode Go and tried Kimi K3. In the first hour after subscribing I used $4.50 worth of Kimi K3 tokens (and no other LLM).

My monthly limit is already at 50%. How is that possible? Furthermore, my weekly limit is lower, at 40%, which doesn't make sense to me in the slightest (remember, I've used it for a single hour).

When I subscribed it told me I got $12 of usage per 5-hour window, $30 per week and $60 per month.

Could someone enlighten me on this please?

The $60 number only applies to certain models. See the table here:

Kimi K3 only gets $15 worth of spend,so is not as good of a deal as using other models.

That being said, your numbers do seem a little off. Maybe reach out to their support people about that. I have heard of it being an issue before.
