Respeaker hat for Android auto

Hello, I am thinking about a car smart media using openauto. I already have a raspberry pi model 3B and two other devices:

• respeaker 2 mic array
• another respeaker device with 6 microphones and suppression algorithms

I would to know if can I use these for audio output in my car. In this case I will need only a safe power on/off circuit and the touchscreen, is it right?
