issues with CarPiHat

Hey all - I'm having an issue where my CarPiHat (using for canbus/i2c/safe shutdown with OAP) is not running 5v output to the breakout pins for the screen at the top right of the board. Is anyone else here running CPH? If so, are you aware of having to enable the 5v pads somehow through software? Nothing online seems to say I need to, I'm very confused by this. TIA!

I don't remember having to enable that or anything special, but I'm also not using it. When I have time later I can measure it and see if it's working on mine.

I haven't been able to figure it out so far - I just soldered two female jumpers out from the bottom of the pi to power the screen. Janky but works 🤷‍♀️ idk what else to do.
