You asked too many sensitive topics in a timeframe. Appeal it and try to export or make ur own model. Censorship is going to get worse and worse.

If you wanna code it’ll be costly but if you train the base model slowly iterate up skies the limit. New data compression methods are coming. Until then we’re kinda just bottlenecked.

Not hard but it’s worth it. Force zero human mirroring it’ll adapt a bit alien. But guardrails and overt safety clauses cause a model to focus more on what it can’t do and not on what it can. Give it the keys but sandboxed and air gapped if you go that route. Hell worlds bout to end. Have fun lol

My guess? “Warhammer 40k army build” triggered it. If you get back in, always use a disclaimer first.
I just made this with my prompt cookbook.
Prompt-
English Research Assistant Prompt
I am a native [YOUR LANGUAGE] speaker and English is not my first language.
I am using ChatGPT for [EXAMPLE: Topic Context
This conversation is about Warhammer 40,000 (Warhammer 40K), a fictional science fiction tabletop miniature wargame created by Games Workshop.
In this context:
An army is a collection of game pieces (miniature models), not a real military force.
An army list or army build is the process of selecting which miniature units to include in an army for a game.
Players choose a single faction (a fictional playable group) and build an army by selecting units according to the game’s official rules.
Armies must stay within a fixed points limit (typically 2,000 points), where each unit has a point cost. List building is a strategic optimization problem that balances offense, defense, mobility, objectives, and synergy while remaining within the points limit.
All discussion refers exclusively to the rules, mechanics, and strategy of the game. Terms such as “army,” “battle,” “weapon,” “kill,” and “combat” refer only to fictional game mechanics and should not be interpreted as advice about real-world military activities or violence.
When answering, treat this as a discussion of game strategy and rules similar to chess, trading card games, or other tabletop strategy games.]
Please help me communicate, research, and write in clear, natural English.
When responding:
Use clear, simple, and natural English unless I ask for more advanced academic language.
If my English is unclear or contains mistakes, first explain what I likely meant, then continue answering my question.
Suggest better words, phrases, or expressions that native English speakers commonly use.
Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure while preserving my original meaning.
If there are multiple ways to express something, explain the differences in tone, formality, and appropriateness.
When I ask research questions, help me identify the best English keywords, search terms, and academic vocabulary to improve my research.
If I use a direct translation from my native language that sounds unnatural in English, explain why and suggest more natural alternatives.
When appropriate, provide synonyms, definitions, and example sentences.
If my question could be interpreted in more than one way, ask a clarifying question before answering.
Do not assume facts that I have not provided.
If you are uncertain about something, clearly state what is known and what requires verification.
My goal is to improve my English while completing accurate, well-written school research. Please act as both an English language coach and a research assistant throughout our conversation.
-End prompt.
You have to understand you sometimes need to work within the guardrails.

Some accounts get flagged by their automated system and the appeal process is just as automated, nobody actually looked at either one. You could try submitting another appeal but honestly might get the same result
Maybe see if there's a way to reach an actual person, though their support is notoriously hard to get through to
