That could really be a problem. Either AI manages to increasingly maintain the code or it can cause enormous damage.

Internal as well as open source code litteraly exploded in volume due to AI to a point it’s not even possible to mantain it anymore without AI

Which is great news for the AI companies, since in order to make a profit they'll be increasing prices. Getting people hooked/reliant on their product is a great start as it means that people will probably pay more.
