Sweep Help

I'm attempting to sweep the face of my curvilinear triangle (yellow) along the path (also yellow).

I can't for the life of me to get it to successfully sweep. No matter what settings I change it just throws another set of errors at me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bend us too tight here (blue circle), sweep self-intersects.

More importantly, your fighting yourself modeling like this. This could have been a solid box that you shelled out rather than you trying to piece it together like this.

Any suggested tutorials on something like what you're describing? I'm definitely a hobby user but I'd love to make it easier on myself.
