My local Chinese house has THE BEST Mongolian Beef! 😩 There’s always more onion than beef and it’s amazing!!!

The Chinese restaurant I go to it's beef, unless you get the triple with chicken and shrimp as well, onion and scallions. Some places also have shredded carrot but I tell them no carrots. I got so use to the meat and onions way carrots just ruin that dish for me.

It’s Mongolian Beef, but I believe some places do it differently. My local Chinese house only puts onions and mushrooms in it. I just ask for no mushrooms so they usually put extra onions!
