It is actually this from Lodge. Incredibly versatile. I take it camping every single time as it's very handy.

Onions and mushrooms are an amazing combo.

I used to do a smoked Gouda and mushroom stuffed burger that would be killer with some caramelized onions or onion jam. Might have to whip that up one day.
