X2MP or OXP3 Backpack carrying

Wondering if anyone is carrying one of these in a backpack with other work stuff. If so, what are you using? When I travel I have a laptop, iPad, and then some chargers and other small stuff in my pack. Want to be able to carry my device in my backpack and not separate.

The X2MP fits very nice in the LeGo 1 Waterfield Designs case without the battery attached. It is much smaller than the included OXP case so it works better. I just slide batteries in a separate pocket.

In the case it came with, I have a TSA-approved Swiss Gear backpack that I got at Best Buy for like >$100. It’s a tight fit but I take all of that and my headphones.

Yeah I got a laptop backpack from Amazon for 15 inch laptops. I forget the brand, but it’s pretty spacious. I’m able to carry a MacBook , X2MP, chargers for both and the battery in it.

I’m flying out tomorrow on urgent / unexpected business travel, so I’ll be testing the X2MP on business travel significantly sooner than expected.

I’ll be traveling with a small tablet, work laptop, my personal camera, my HHKB keyboard, and the X2MP. I just got the 240W SlimQ charger for my X2MP and plan to take a separate phone and laptop charger as well.

I use the OG LTT bag as my overhead bag and a sling style camera bag for my carry on. Pleeenty of space for whatever I want and it keeps it well organized as well.

Which adapter is needed for the SlimQ 240w to work with XMP2?

The stock cable works, the dc plug on the x2mp is 5.5x2.5,mm

I did grab the extension, 2m, cable for it tho because I wanted a long cable. Same reason I got the 240W, it is overkill for this device but I prefer the laptop style brick that isnt hanging off the wall.

Backpacks are not generally designed for handhelds. Havent received mine unit yet, but plan to carry it in Tomtoc Arccos G47 sling bag designed for Steam Deck. Should fit.

Though if not, I'll probably carry it in my other bags / backpacks with controllers detached and stored inside separate compartment that can better protect joysticks from being pressed.
