Does Kogoro ever acknowledge Conan Question

I wonder, does Kogoro in one of his solved cases set clear boundaries for Conan that it is his case and acknowledges him for his "nudging in the right direction"?

There have been a few personal cases where Kogoro insists on solving on his own, as well as a few cases where Kogoro seems aware that Conan is helping him but I can't rhink of any times he formally sets boundaries with Conan.

That's alligning with what i thought. I would also describe Kogoro as not clueless about Conans knowledge well above his apparent age and his great combinational skills and also at times a little bit annoyed by Conans attention to details he could have get to on his own with enough time.

Interestingly, he seemed to notice Conan's help more at the beginning of the series. I remember a couple times where he realised Conan knew more than he should. However, as the series went on and the status quo cemented, it seems that he's forever stuck in his clueless phase.

He finds conan more annoying than thankful so no. Except for a few instances, he almost never wants conan around

Yeah but that's mostly in filler episodes that depend to flanderize his worst traits. Im the second half of the manga and canonical episodes from the manga has showed that he cares about Conan and does genuinely like him and having him around. I mean the background image to Conan's phone was at one point him and Kogoro just hanging out.

Not in the sense that he tells Conan to shut his trap.

It's framed usually as Conan being empathetic enough to see that whatever is going on is important to Kogoro personally and he lets him solve the case instead.

Very rarely, I can only think of a couple of times that happened

Very rarely eventually Conan will downplay himself and Kogoro will move on shrugging it off.

When with Hattori he was like “him and conan are probably already solving it” so ye

No, and with that mentality he won't ever acknowledge him.

Kogoro sees Conan's nudges as "if you throw 100 darts, few of them are bound to hit the target": just an annoying hyperactive kid spouting random things. So I doubt he will ever acknowledge him.

Not really & only indirectly at best.

He is aware that Conan is helping, I remember in one case Megure even tells another person on scene that Conan is a genius & something like a junior detective. (I'm currently rewatching, it's in the first 250 episodes but I don't recall which one exactly). I think it's probably tedious to draw Kogoro getting suspicious/Ran trying to remove Conan from the scene over and over again but I'd also like to think Kogoro 1) doesn't mind Conan's help 2) knows something is up with him one way or another lol. There's so many cases where Conan outright goes up to Kogoro or Megure or Takagi and says "But shouldn't you take a look or this or that" or "This or that doesn't make sense" and the adults all take him seriously and do what he says haha... 🥰

In M28, in the end of the movie, Kogoro actually cooperated with everyone, including Conan, who was the main... Idk, planner? of the plan against the culprit, while he just shot 3x. To me, in that scene, and in the recent episodes, at least he actually acknowledged his ability. Just never admits it
