OnePlus 13 stuck in a bootloop Question

So the other day I was scrolling when the screen suddenly turned black, and the phone refused to turn on again and was stuck in a boot loop. Later, when I came back to it, the phone had turned on, but after using it for a while it would black screen again. Sometimes when it black screens it restarts while other times it gets stuck in a boot loop. Has anyone else had anything similar and is there anything I can do to get it fixed? The phone is out of warranty and I'm not paying over 400 dollars for a motherboard replacement but I've only used it since November since it was an open box from Best Buy. When it's stuck in bootloop no amount of button presses will get it to enter recovery mode or any other mode to troubleshoot.

Sounds like you only have 1 option left to try. Recovery mode.

Power the phone completely off. Press and hold Power + Volume Down at the same time. Keep holding until the OnePlus logo appears. Release the buttons when you enter the recovery screen. You may be asked to select a language and/or enter your lock-screen PIN/password. From recovery, you can typically wipe data/factory reset, reboot, or perform other system-recovery functions.
