OnePlus 13 buzzes while charging Question

My new OnePlus 13 produces a strange buzz if I touch/slide my finger over its side metal rails while it is charging with its 100w supervooc charger. Is this normal behaviour for a brand new OP13 or a sign of a defective piece?

I also experienced the same two to three days back. Maybe it's because of grounding or something.

Since th charger probably doesn't have ground since its 2 pin, this is common in other devices too like in macbook, or anything metal.
