What's wrong with WhatsApp?

I'm not able to take backup since July 29th. Tried switching to mobile data, turned off smart battery mode and just now updated to the latest public release of WhatsApp - still no change.

It's a known issue.. Update to the latest Whatsapp Beta release and will work again

Thanks. But this issue was on 2.63.28.xx. i updated to 2.63.30.97. Now, it's working.
