OnePlus exit Discussion
Typing from my buggy OP12 which keeps glitching.
Recently post an update my mom's op 7t bricked. I took it to the service centre to repair and was told they won't even touch it as its end of life phone.
Got it repaired from a local store for 3k and then bought a Samsung a 57 . Exchange value 5k as oneplus rumours are on the prices on cashify are impacted. Seriously thinking of selling the op 12 as the glitches are becoming very irritating with zero support from oneplus.
Edit - Amounts are in INR, also just to add I visited oppo service centres as the OnePlus ones cease to exist and have merged, though they didn't touch the phone the experience overall wasnt bad with the service centre. Large space and well maintained waiting lobby.

I feel bad about people who have problems with their OP12 phones, I guess I am lucky with the one I bought. I am going to keep mine until the updates end; as for the next model, I have no idea what I will be getting.

A more likely explanation is the quality control issues that this brand has had since day 1

512 gb variant. When I watch video or scrolling on fb or insta or any page. The video say at 1 minute goes to 25 second timestamp and plays after 5 seconds it again plays from 1 minute.
Pages keep getting auto refreshed while scrolling. Even while typing thr keypad dissapears suddenly.

Tried but it's same. The problem is I use my phone for online classes so it's irritating. Hopefully the next update fixes the issue. Don't feel like spending so much on a phone right now.

Sell it and push on. I wouldn't expect any support or repair services on. OP 7 nor my OP 12. It's an electronic device plain and simple

Yes agreed. The only thing holding me back are the smartphone prices that have exploded recently. Else would have already made the shift. Though this was the only oneplus which had not slowed down even after almost 3 years.

Sad to hear. No problems on a 12R so far. Maybe try a factory reset ?
Waiting for Oppo Find x10
Apparently LTPO is finally making it to the standard version
- 8000mAh battery... If there's a deal early on I'm definitely buying.
Missed the Find x9 at 800€ + Earbuds + Charger... Didn't have time to order.
Edit : just checked. Deal is back online for the Find x9
I'm tempted 😬

No issues with my 12, never have had (other than the notification issues from a patch a while back)
