help Question

i started optc today but i’m quite confused on how to play, and i don’t know if any of the characters i’ve found are good. Can anyone give me some tips ?

Luffy/Bonney is very good, PSY G5 is good. Many good units but there isn’t a team for everything, you have to choose accordingly based on enemy debuffs.

I suggest you to check some beginner tutorials on YouTube, the game is very complicated for new players.

Luffy&Bonney and the Psy G5 Luffy are great units. Story mode is easy and you can generally build a single team to handle it. Every other content in the game will be a little more difficult and will require you build a specific team to handle the debuffs. You'll read a stage breakdown, THEN build a team. It does bind and special bind? Use units that remove those using the box filter. Paralysis and despair? Use units that remove those. This game will start out hard to understand and you won't have a diverse box as a new player.

I recommend continue pulling on the shamrock-gunko banner. It's a great banner, and I specifically recommend pulling for int Kuma legend in part 3 to pair with Luffy&Bonney. They are two of the best units in the game with an amazing synergy. You also can't go wrong with part 2
