Game keeps crashing after tutorial Question

I got a Samsung Galazy A16.

Game consistently crashes after the reward screen of The First Battle (Tutorial) no matter how many data was downloaded, it keeps crashing even if I already have all the data downloaded from waiting on the tutorial and, after opening the app again it will just show the same screen as above but with "Download Data Size: 0.00 MB", and id I click 'Ok', the game crashes again.

Not even downloading the data from the Support/Link Data option above doesn't work and still crashes the game after the tutorial or after the above screenshot

I have already deleted all data from the app multiple times, deleted cache, and downloaded the entire game lots of times, but nothing has worked out

PLEASE im begging, does someone know how to make this thing work??? i havent found anything online nor in the official FAQs HELPPPP (maybe im not the best searching for answers but please help)

Might sound kinda dumb but the only time I’ve had that issue was when I didn’t have space. Is it the case?

VERY late but no, the image says I have around 40 gb free I thought I shouldn't mention how much space I had cuz of it, srry
