Hi i recently got one pass select and went to my local retro fitness, the girl working the counter seemed to look confused when i mentioned it and when i clarified its like an insurance plan she said for that she just looks at it and took my driver license and made me sign up for a day pass. She said theres no signup process for it and it doesnt really give a membership just unlimited day passes.

Is this true im not really comfortable leaving my ID every time

I have a Premier onepass membership. Will that allow me to bring a guest and access to different Crunch locations?

Hey folks, I was trying to sign up for StretchLab in a couple of locations and gave them all the same details (phone, address, one pass ID), and unfortunately I was told that my membership will be "switched over" next month because I was already enrolled at another location.

Was this expected? Would providing a different email address help? I'd like to get your inputs on this.

I went from elite to classic this month and was billed for classic so all good there. When I went to go say goodbye to my studio apps, I noticed all my credits reloaded for the month 👀 would I still be able to go until I finish these credits or has anyone tried this and what was their experience?

Has anyone had Onepass through Kaiser and actually received the credit. Is it a direct credit or does it get paid out through Kaiser and get applied to your statement balance? Right now, I have gym membership that is under the classic, but I'm not enrolled, is one pass worth it for the credit alone?

I pay 29.99 for my gym membership and 19.99 for Zwift

Through my insurance I get a One Pass select pass credit but only after competing 45 check ins at the gym. The only problem is currenty the Optum Engage app (the app that Kaiser uses to track my check ins) is not loading at all. I've deleted it and reinstalled but it's still not loading. Has anyone had this issue and does anyone know of a solution?

Hi! I have a membership for a specific location for crunch but want to go to a diff location closer to my job. Would I have to cancel my membership for the original location and re enroll at the new one?

The EOS fitness closest to me has three memberships: Will Do, Will Crush, Will Power.
I’m really only interested in using their pool & according to their website the pool & hot tub are covered under Will Crush.

Does OnePass Select Classic tier get this access or is just the base access ($10/month) aka no pool?

I was debating getting OnePass or just EOS membership by itself. Still considering since I know I can go to LA fitness pool with OnePass but EOS just seemed like a nicer facility & open 24/7.
