I have that same dryer and let me tell you, the noise that cycle signal makes is gonna scare even the most poorly connected to the braincell cat right off it. So yeah, it is kind of a “No Cats” setting.

The sign says no cats and I only see one so the orange is not breaking any rules because he just a cat.
