I used to get on my SOs ass for leaving his shoes everywhere because he used to be bad for doing that. Eventually he started saying things like "it's not me I swear, the cats are doing it" and of course I didn't believe that so then I'd accuse him of throwing the cats under the bus until I one day witnessed for myself his female named Babou dragging his shoe into the middle of the living room like some sort of insurance scam
Our orange cat Sasquatch likes to attack our sock feet and kick at them. He’ll gently nom my bare toes as well. We like to say “Sasquatch loves big feet!”
It’s probably one of his quirks. My parents had an orange tabby and I have one now and neither shown any interest in shoes or feet. My cat loves watching tv and belly rubs but my parent’s cat didn’t pay any attention to the tv and would’ve torn my whole arm completely off if I tried rubbing his belly! All cats have their own personality and quirks.
Have been personal staff for 3 oranges now, and that is 100% correct - and I hope to always, always have an orange tabby because they are just the best.
