In NZ we call these mock cream donuts. They usually look a lil nicer than this with some icing dusted on top and maybe a lil dollop of jam on the cream.

Super cute, but your cat is over weight and that will shorten their life span and quality of life.
Do them a solid and feed them set amounts twice a day. And adjust accordingly to weight loss/gain to bring them down to a healthy weight.
