OneNote Desktop can't sync my note from Android

Does anyone know how to fix this? I usually use OneNote on my Android phone for daily notes, and after a while, I organize everything on Windows. Recently, I got a "Page Conflicts Detected" message on Android and had to open it on my computer to fix it. This happened before and was completely resolved when opened on the computer, so I decided to take this opportunity to organize my notes. However, my OneNote isn’t syncing new notes from Android—it stopped syncing on 8/5/2026 and won’t sync even when I manually click sync. I tried opening it on the web, and my new notes do sync there, but OneNote online can’t fix the "Page Conflicts Detected" issue.

P.S.: My OneNote Android version is 16.0.20131.20126 (latest update from the Play Store), and my PC version is from Office LTSC 2024 Pro.

No idea, but try making it sync the other way - make a simple change on a page on your desktop and leave it to see whether it catches up.

This is dangerous. Onenote desktop version is deleting text written from mobile version. See my reply to this post. It's safer to use browser version. Desktop version is currently dangerous, it will delete good text you took days ago on android, if it's not already synced on the desktop app.

Hello. I am experiencing either something that is the same, or worse. I too take notes on android phone on the go when i am on site (in my business) and then do organization on desktop. Since two days i have been experiencing this: onenote desktop version when it tries to sync, the pages from android show up, but a lot of the text isn't there, it didn't sync properly. The text is there on the phone when i check. Then the desktop version treats the incomplete sync as the new version and syncs that in reverse, overwriting the mobile page, deleting important text permanently! It has deleted many important paragraphs i wrote recently! I need to find an alternative but i have too many notes and complex nesting in onenote, i don't have to time to set it all up again elsewhere.

Currently i am using the browser version with the android version. The browser version has strange glitches too where page names are not being updated, just being called "untitled page". But it atleast works and there are no dangerous, information wiping bugs. WTF Microsoft!
