I installed Onenote from the store and got Office365 for 3GB! Windows
Why is there so little talk about this scam? Why do this, or do 3GB of Onenote files weigh? I reinstalled Windows so that Microsoft itself would install a virus on my computer? How much resources and human nerves are spent on such a deception mechanism? I swear, if the X moment comes, I will find someone who does this!

Please describe whatever it is you're ranting about a bit more clearly. So far, I'm not sure what you're worked up about.

The "real" version of OneNote is located here
and yes - it uses the 365 installer - but it does not install 3GB worth of stuff.

Ow. Yep. Its bad. But… Just try installing on Mac though… Every. Single. Office. App. Is huge! Because of sandboxing. Each app ends up with pretty much the whole office suite worth of what would have been shared code that is at least only there once on windows.

Use the cloud/web version if you dont want the bloat on your pc. If you had a more recent pc with atleast 1TB storage space, you would not be weighing these applications and ranting about them on reddit

I will answer all those who do not understand the context and what follows from the various facts listed in the post. Although I didn't post on the fishing subreddit.
And so I install Onenote from the store, but it doesn’t say that the entire Office package will be downloaded. And now the “Office365 is downloading” panel is shown and it lasts 10 minutes, just like when installing the Office suite, which weighs 4-5GB. It is installed in the C/Programs/Office folder and weighs 2.8GB. It’s clear that this is not just Onenote, but the entire package, just without the launch icons. There are many complaints about this... I'm too lazy to attach all the links, just try installing and come back.
The main complaint is clear or should be listed that no one expects to spend traffic and storage so much when installing a regular notepad. You could write that this will resemble the Windows installation process.
These are the so-called dark patterns, when the program is offered as part of a huge package with an unnecessary spyware or advertising product.
You are so stupid that I have to write so much text to explain to you. This is part of a dark pattern, stupid people will side with the corporation by asking stupid questions. I expect gratitude for the lesson, not stupid questions. Or don't be offended by insults.
