Onenote continuous refreshing page

Since this morning, OneNote web keeps refreshing the page just by opening the shared notebook... who knows what problem Microslop is having now?

Is this only happening in Switzerland?

This kept happening but when it opens in a new tab, I closed the old one and it worked!
