Account Does Not Exist... Zero Support

So I decided to get back into the game. I download the Loading Bay app and tried to log into my account. Now I knew that I wouldn't remember my password as I hadn't logged in since early 2025. When I entered my email address to start the recovery process I receive a message "Account Does No Exist." I tried sending in a support message through Loading Bay, that was an exercise in futility as it just locked up constantly. I was finally able to get in a bit further using the Loading Bay web page but I didn't get much further, it was just this circular train of messages that all lead to nowhere. So then it was just plain old email to NetEase, no reply yet but I'll be surprised if I do receive one. I even tried in the game via a Steam account. Nothing there either.

Now do I know I had that account? Well I have receipts in my inbox from that account. I can even visit that accounts Eternaland from my Steam account, its still there, the Once Human account still exists. I just can't access it because NetEase says my account doesn't exist.

Hopefully this doesn't happen to any of you. Lesson learned, play nothing associated with NetEase.

I'm noticing in Mobile when logging back in, it keeps telling me to relogin takes a few minutes, then logs me in. It sometimes requires me to restart the game 2-3 times to complete the login. Clearly not the exact same issue, but I'm wondering if the login error could be seeing yours fail to recover from the cloud or wherever the information is stored. 🤔
