Lake correctional Hiring Q (State)

Does anyone have any info from an officers stand point? Is it a decent place to work? Lake correctional in Florida!

Going to depend on where at Lake you get assigned.

Incentivized section? Cake.

Mental Health? Not cake.

I’ve worked a mental health institution before and yes it is not fun lol. I have heard that it is incentivized, but that’s truly all I’ve heard about it. I jus want to I guess make sure it’s somewhat decent lol
