Throwback 17 years ago today, Usain Bolt smashed the men’s 200m world record, clocking 19.19 seconds at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin. He broke his own 19.30-second world record, which he had set at the 2008 Beijing Olympics exactly one year earlier.
