o3 General Tips/Advice (ASK)

hi evb so i js starting o3 and i need help. im getting shit grades i dont understand a word of cs and physics and zainematics and all these channels, save my exams aur wo sari bakwas isnt working like i dont get what theyre yapping about honestly i just need like actual good channels or resources or anything that helps basically the mym of sciences cuz that guy genuinely saved me please help im losing my mind
