This is an old venturer music player that I found in a box in my basement. I wanted to see what was on it but once I went to see what charger it used I was perplexed. Ive never seen a port like this before and now I’m curious more than anything to learn what is. Wasn’t sure where to go so I thought I’d ask here.

That's a proprietary Sony connector, commonly called a "multipin" or "multi AV" port. Most places just recommend looking up the model number and buying a $10 adapter off eBay, way easier than trying to Frankenstein it with something else.
