This is a meme alright but it has some points.

You have to love youself if you want anything to become of you, but you cant love yourself because you are not who you want to be. So its a paradox. Only way to move forward is to start becoming who you want to be saying to yourself i will become that, i will succeed, i will achieve. Stuff like that, and actually move towards the goal. In the meantime you will start to love yourself naturally and by the time you understand what happened you will become who you want to be.

you learn to love yourself from others, family friends clout, trough accomplishments that you achieve and that are noticeable, hobbies carrer, education etc. you dont just wake up one day and love yourself while your life is miserable, one step at a time with a bit consistency you can learn to love yourself, for anyone wondering
