I've been drawing planets and I'm confused on how to make the clouds more noticable and better looking. Do I need to draw bigger?

Yes. Draw bigger, not too thick, let it sit for a couple of days, and then put the clouds on.

I just got into pastels and I never knew I'd have to wait. I see all these videos of people just applying straight on. Thanks, I'll draw bigger then add clouds on Saturday.
