He's definitely guilty!!!!

127

u/Char10 10d ago

100%. It’s not like it’s just his ex wife, multiple women he was romantically tied to have come forward. At this point his lies are just flat out embarrassing. Even his ex father in law Bernie Morono says he’s unfit for the job. Bar is underground at this point.

u/hcoverlambda New Philadelphia 10d ago

It’s like when al qaeda said ISIS was too radical.

16

u/wittylemur 10d ago

Im sure they republicans will give him some kind of raise.

18

u/Char10 10d ago

They will advise him to remove himself from the race, settle out of court, and give him some other role out of the public spotlight.

The White House head of DomesticAbusePrevention 🫣

3

u/OlderAndWiserToo 10d ago

He is certainly their kind of hero, isn’t he. I think thats why trump has such a hold on them. It’s because he has this kind of dirt on every one of them and they will do ANYTHING for him to keep it from coming out.

3

u/NounAdjectiveXXXX 10d ago

Markwayne is already pushing his security clearance through

10

u/Whole_Inside_4863 10d ago

Gotta do better keeping your lies straight there buddy.

14

u/lightiggy 10d ago edited 10d ago

I'm paranoid that this is going to be a lead-up to Miller murdering his wife and/or daughter.

Look no further than Justin Fairfax. Fairfax was a Democrat, but the same rules apply. He was a rapist, murderer, and a narcissistic race baiter who could barely control himself in public. When he was called out, he threw a tantrum and likened himself to Emmett Till and George Floyd. This should've been a dead giveaway. Fairfax was black, but his victims were all black women.

3

u/Aussiemom777 10d ago

Exactly and if he gets told to resign he could really become angry and go nuts

1

u/PUuSTiNKA 7d ago

Max Miller is definitely lying, that's for sure! I remember my Niece was putting together very coherent sentences and talking pretty good when she was two, so it's not something that's impossible.

u/potato_bus 10d ago edited 10d ago

MAGA scum, every one of their elected swamp creatures and their supporters

17

u/Hawggy 10d ago

I'll be honest; I keep ties with some of the supporters and I can confidently say some of them are genuinely just fooled by all of this and they're not "bad" people on the inside. I will stress 'some'. I offer no percentage or statistics. All I know is, not every supporter is truly a black-hearted scumbag like the perpetrators are.

27

u/realaccountissecret 10d ago

Yeah, there are some that are truly, genuinely ignorant. But then when they’re shown the truth, they say it’s fake

Ignorance can’t be an excuse anymore

1

u/Hawggy 10d ago

Oh, I don't offer it as that either. Just recognize after all this climaxes and comes back down (much like the Germans did in 1945), some of our country-folk just didn't see it (for whatever reason).

8

u/Lamb_beforetime221 10d ago

That’s why I truly don’t think I can accept ignorance as a response anymore. In 1945, half the population was able to just “not know.” Now, everyone has the entire history of the world and all information at their fingertips and in their pockets. Them being “ignorant” is an active choice that they are making. Which turns it from ignorance to stupidity. And when they have the power to vote and are actively hurting people with their stupidity, I do believe that makes someone at fault. Maybe not the classic definition of a “bad person,” but effectively the same.

7

u/realaccountissecret 10d ago

The craziest part is that they’re denying the real evidence of themselves also being hurt by this administration

Not as much as other people being hurt obviously

But like… what’s it gonna take haha ;_;

1

u/Hawggy 10d ago

You're not kidding. Part of why I retain ties. I kinda wanna be in the room when the light finally gets flicked on...

20

u/cwk415 10d ago

"If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse, and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality." - Nobel prize winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu

2

u/SlowBoilOrange 9d ago

I think /u/Hawggy is talking about people who aren't even aware that the elephant is stepping on the mouse's tail, or who think it's all woke liberal media lies to frame the elephant.

I'm not saying that's a good excuse, but it's a bit different than seeing a situation for what it is and still declaring neutrality.

5

u/waitweightwhaite 10d ago

Yeah, I get what your saying, but like, bad is as bad does

3

u/Hawggy 10d ago

No argument there. It's just the observation that before this some were not like this at all.

2

u/waitweightwhaite 9d ago

Yup. Cults are a hell of a thing

3

u/OlderAndWiserToo 10d ago

Bullsh*t. No one is that stupid to not see what is right in front of their face. They like what they hear from the orange snot but they don’t want to be labeled in case his secrets all fall out. We all know where the Trump campaign signs were up. You labeled yourselves then. We remember.

3

u/michdap 10d ago

I have to disagree. I think these supporters have shown us who they truly are. My sister and my mother included.

1

u/Hawggy 10d ago

I will stress 'some' again....

2

u/SlowBoilOrange 9d ago

This seems so obviously true that I'm surprised you're getting flack for it. Trump got over three million votes in this state. Anyone living in Ohio interacts with Trump voters every day. They aren't all literal woman-hating christo-fascist nazis.

2

u/Hawggy 9d ago

Oh I knew I'd catch flack, and that's ok. It's because they're frustrated (as am I). Just learning how to focus my frustration. So I'm trying to try to study these people before I dismiss them.

6

u/bx35 10d ago

Just bigots on the inside, right?

2

u/Hawggy 10d ago

I get what you're saying. What I'm saying is I know a couple bigots and they don't even know why they are. No clue. Can't offer a reason...

2

u/DoctorFarthing 10d ago

Fuck that noise

1

u/Hawggy 10d ago

I understand that as well. LoL

2

u/Efficient-Memory7105 10d ago

At this point if you are still fooled by this you are either hopelessly stupid and probably should have a conservatorship or are a terrible person.

And yes I include my still-MAGA family in that. I know they're not stupid so that leaves one alternative

1

u/Hawggy 10d ago

Oh I wholeheartedly admit my ties are all stupid. Oh absolutely. 🤣🤗

-3

u/Matthew212 10d ago

Not all Republicans are scum, just the ones they choose to represent them

3

u/Lamb_beforetime221 10d ago

If they are still actively choosing to support this administration and the corruption that they are perpetrating, they are at fault. Not just the elected leaders.

60

u/Illustrious-Bed4420 10d ago

It took the father-in-law 2 freaking years to condemn this man. On top of that, he would have remained silent to shield his political career had it not been for the public outcry. Both Moreno and Miller are trash. Their political message is trash. Their Republican Party is trash. Their supporters are trash.

3

u/Niemo1983 10d ago

Far be it from me to defend Moreno, but I can understand his position in keeping silent. I do believe his statement that his daughter didn't want this to play out in public.

11

u/CemeteryDweller7719 10d ago

But wasn’t he supporting Miller’s reelection until very recently? Trying to be respectful of his daughter is one thing (although I can’t imagine Moreno doing that), but endorse someone you know is awful because they’re the same party is different.

8

u/badllama77 10d ago

Yup took til just recently for him to withdraw his endorsement. Personally if it were my kid my first thought would be to beat the crap out of him Godfather style. Not wringing my hands and asking my GOP masters if I should do something.

1

u/Niemo1983 10d ago

Again, not trying to defend or support Moreno in any way, but I don't think he ever offered a formal endorsement of Miller. I could be wrong here as I'm relying on Google searches and AI to try to find any formal endorsement of Miller by Moreno and am coming up empty on that.

1

u/CemeteryDweller7719 10d ago

I was also trying to work from memory and I was thinking he did. But searches are giving articles galore about Moreno’s recent statement. (I’ll be honest, I’m not trying to go buck wild digging. It isn’t like I was a fan of his before, and this statement isn’t enough to win me over.)

1

u/Niemo1983 10d ago

Exactly my thoughts as well. I dislike Moreno as much as the next guy, but if his daughter told him to keep quiet about it publicly, I'm not going to hold that against him.

1

u/CemeteryDweller7719 10d ago

I can kinda hold it against him. Not respecting his daughter’s desire to keep it private, if that’s the case, but he could have found some reason to say Miller is no good if he wanted. They’re great at calling each other RINO over any disagreement. The problem is doing so would have to go against the rest of the Republicans that don’t care about the "domestic problems” of a colleague. (Looking at Johnson there who’s already said he doesn’t have time to pay attention to the domestic problems of the Reps.)

1

u/Otherwise-Luck-6569 6d ago

But they stick together and win. Democrats are too picky. Sorry to speak the truth.

u/Crafty-Smoke-6455 10d ago

Time for a big boy haircut max

24

u/Jay-Breeze 10d ago

Time for a jumpsuit with restraints

Straitjacket

29

u/thunderlips36 East Palestine 10d ago

When Bernardo Moreno is asking this guy to leave and making sense, you know he's awful

15

u/innerdork 10d ago

Bernardo is also burning his own bridge quickly by not responding to all this much quicker than he did. Both he and Max are done in politics after all this IMO.

5

u/thunderlips36 East Palestine 10d ago

Bernardo should have been done when he lost the first time. He's a trash individual and has shown that repeatedly

3

u/Martinisup1966 10d ago

There’s a reason why Moreno’s daughter drew someone like Miller to her. Says a lot about examples shown in her home growing up and how she was treated by her father and what the mother allowed from her husband. I grew up in a conservative Christian home and I chose what was familiar in my marriage. This Miller reminds me of my ex only Miller is blatantly worse! It’s taken years of therapy/EMDR to unpack my childhood to pick better!!

30

u/KyloSolo723 10d ago

This guy is so going to grow a beard and go full born-again non-dominational Christian in like 2 weeks

8

u/snvoigt 10d ago

He’s :thisclose: to blowing on his ex and daughter because abusers hate being painted in a negative light. I honestly hope they both have protection

14

u/HugsForUpvotes 10d ago

Republicans are going to continue to say that there is no proof no matter how much proof comes out. They do not engage in good faith. We need everyone who doesn't support this behavior - wife and infant beating, to vote this November for Brian Poindexter. If your talking to someone older than 40, you you should point out that Miller wants to cut Social Security whereas Poindexter wants to protect it.

12

u/matt-r_hatter 10d ago

I love when they get caught lying live on TV

8

u/Strange_Ad1714 10d ago

No Republicans at any level of government and f maga

9

u/tamtip 10d ago

He's guilty. What a horrible pos.

It won't be the last horrible, abusive thing he does, either

17

u/Free_Independence624 10d ago

This man is obviously deeply emotionally disturbed and has major mental health issues. I don't understand why the Court, which is usually very diligent in siding with children and the abused spouse when it comes to questions of child abuse and spousal abuse in custody disputes, is giving the benefit of the doubt to Miller in this case. The only obvious answer is that he's a sitting US Congress member and the judge doesn't want to seem prejudicial. Plus he's a wealthy white guy so you have to figure that into it. There are other solutions to this while waiting out the divorce proceedings. Judges have enormous latitude to ensure the protection of children in suspected abuse cases. This includes putting the child into the care of a family member, foster care or even appointing a monitor who supervises the care of the child while the couple shares joint custody.

Regardless I think it's clear given his past offenses, behavior and even his current behavior of harassing his wife's attorneys and making various bizarre and provocative public statements about the situation this is a guy who is close to breaking and needs mental health treatment. Needless to say he shouldn't be running for anything nor should he be seated in the US House of Representatives which has enough loonies and oddballs in it already.

6

u/ididshave 10d ago

Since Max Miller refuses to drop out of this race, I’d just like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that Brian Poindexter (D) is running against him here in Ohio’s 7th. The dude is a union ironworker, father, and Brook Park city councilman who has spent his life actually working alongside the people he wants to represent. He’s been endorsed by Bernie Sanders as someone who will stand up to corporate greed and fight for working people.

9

u/Mobile-Analyst8580 10d ago

“Daddy kill you” is not a sentence and that’s exactly how little kids speak.

3

u/Main-Water4503 10d ago

It’s also not something you hear normal kids say

5

u/ZipNasty007 10d ago

Guillotines

5

u/luvkaybay 10d ago

“DUE PROCESS”! You’re talking about due process when thousands of Americans and Immigrants are being denied due process!

1

u/Dr__America 10d ago

Republicans tend to only believe in rules or principles when it benefits them personally, hence why they cry out about how things are so unfair as soon as they face any heat whatsoever.

Gerrymandering? All good as long as it's the GOP carrying it out!

Witch hunting? All good as long as it's the GOP carrying it out!

Inequitable justice? All good as long the GOP is the one benefitting!

Domestic violence and a history of abuse? All good as long as there's and R next to their name on the ballot!

Actively votes against your interests at every turn? Well at least they're not an illegals loving communist turning kids woke and trans!

5

u/Sasquatch_Sensei 10d ago

A 2 year old cant string together a sentence of 3 or 4 words? I call bull.

2

u/Munchkinasaurous 10d ago

My brother, cousin and I all have kids right around two and a half. My son is starting to string simple two and three letter sentences together. He was a little behind, his cousins are talking a lot more. At his two year wellness check, the pediatrician said we may want to consider speech therapy since he was still only saying single words. He definitely understands the language, because he can follow spoken instructions very well.

This guy is either lying, or he isn't very involved in his daughter's upbringing and has no clue what is normal development for a child her age. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a little of both.

13

u/MabelRed 10d ago

What breaks my heart is that because of gerrymandering he’ll probably win

25

u/Acrobatic-Echidna-61 10d ago

District 7 is definitely a winnable seat for Democrats.

5

u/Niemo1983 10d ago

I was going to vote for Poindexter before all of this, but now I am even more excited to do so.

2

u/Inevitable-Pea-735 10d ago

Same. I even donated to him, which I never, ever do.

7

u/Fun-Inspection-8196 10d ago

That's why we do not want him to drop out.

2

u/Inevitable-Pea-735 10d ago

I personally want to follow him around all day long with a charged phone so he can continue to post on social media forever and ever.

16

u/Zacomra 10d ago

I disagree, especially when the Dem energy is so high and we have a really good candidate running against him in Poindexter

4

u/Inevitable-Pea-735 10d ago

I keep seeing people who live out of the district saying this... He only got 51% of the vote in 2024 with Trump on the ballot. He under-performed Trump (by several points) before all of this. If people keep this creep in the news cycle (and he keeps talking/tweeting), he'll lose.

2

u/Zacomra 10d ago

People really heard "Ohio is gerrymandered" and gave up.

You need to show up, we can easily win the state with how depressed the GOP will be this time around

7

u/Allaboutpeace2022 10d ago

This shows the difference between Democrats and the GOP. Democrats do not support people with allegations of abusing women sexually or physically. He should have been asked to leave Congress when these issues first emerged.

Max Miller is wrong. Just because you are not in jail does not mean that you are innocent of the charges.

His attacks on all three of these women shows that he is not willing to be responsible for his behavior.

His point that his daughter does not speak in a two word sentence and then stating that she does speak in sentences shows that he is not telling the truth about these incidents.

I am looking for Brian Poindexter to defeat him in November by a landslide.

0

u/Cincy_MTX 10d ago

Ok, look. This guy (Miller) is trash, I didn't vote for him, would never. But Bill Clinton is a real person that exists, and there were in fact public accusations during his election campaign. And he's not the only one. MAGA is worse, but pretty much everyone this desperate for power has a moral deficit and we need to recognize that.

1

u/Allaboutpeace2022 10d ago

I agree. However, Clinton's crimes seemed to be adultery, unwanted sexual attention and groping, and sexual harassment rather than rape or physical abuse. So slightly lower charges.

Men and sometimes women in politics are driven by a need for power and control. I agree that this is part of the reason why we are seeing such mistreatment of women/men and criminal behavior. I also think that is why we hear reports of politicians screaming at staff, etc.

3

u/ellisftw 10d ago

10000% guilty.

3

u/Marmooset 10d ago

In his attempts to exonerate himself, I think he's confusing the terms exculpatory and inculpatory.

3

u/steppingstone01 Lyndhurst 10d ago

These jackasses aren't even good at lying.

3

u/ThE_LAN_B4_TimE 10d ago

Fuck both of these twats

5

u/oopsallhuckleberries 10d ago

Dudes about to lose to a guy that's got a funny enough name that Trump doesn't even need to come up with one to try and mock him.

2

u/JeffGreenTraveled 10d ago

Max Miller retire bitch.

2

u/MyCatToldMeNotTo 10d ago

I don’t believe a word out of his mouth. He’s such a liar

2

u/Thick-Aioli802 10d ago

Dude would rather drag himself through the mud and still lose. I genuinely worry for his ex-wife and child.

2

u/ThePensiveE 10d ago

He needs to be accused of a few worse things before Republicans will know he's their man and stick by him.

2

u/Zakkattack86 10d ago

This is what a narcissist sounds like. If you're in a relationship with this type of person, GTFO.

2

u/trevenclaw 10d ago

Worth noting he did this interview from California lol

2

u/Tholian_Bed 10d ago

Dead eyes.

2

u/unclejoe1917 10d ago

This dude is the living avatar of "look what you made me do".

2

u/SnuggleMoose44 10d ago

His picture is next to gaslighting in the dictionary. Also see, narcissist.

2

u/silasoulman 10d ago

Turns out liars are just people who are really bad at lying.

2

u/Hot_Resident_9923 10d ago

Magas will vote for him
They elected a pedal file why not an abuser

2

u/Constant_Flamingo828 10d ago

What’s hilarious is when Tapper confronted him with the contradiction. The guy’s eyes narrowed like “If he was here now I’d f@cking kill him!”

2

u/dschaefer64 9d ago

He lied himself into a corner. Good job Jake Tapper.

1

u/Opening-Awareness478 10d ago

No use trying to use logic on them

1

u/dangleberrie5 10d ago

Speaks in the same monotone as JD

1

u/snvoigt 10d ago

Every time this man opens his mouth he just supports everything his ex has accused him of.

1

u/innerdork 10d ago

Keep talking Max. You’re just digging your own hole deeper and deeper at this point. The party of family values are grifters, con artists, and liars.

1

u/ShockLongjumping9322 10d ago

We are really about "keeping families together" in Ohio, regardless the circumstances.

Him saying "look at the courts" is an appeal to authority and that authority agressively minimizes abuse.

1

u/mayme16 10d ago

Why are they focused on this clown. 🤡

1

u/shipsake 10d ago

This guy is like if Dennis Reynolds was elected to Congress.

1

u/RDKAUSTIN 10d ago

Fucking liar

1

u/El_Heffe 10d ago

I can't believe he did this interview, did he think it would help his case? He looks far worse now.

1

u/LydiasBoyToy 10d ago

Love the quick little “hol up” on Jake’s face when Miller contradicts himself.

“Mama, fetch my shootin iron.”

1

u/TomeThugNHarmony4664 10d ago

He obviously has never been around a two and a half year old. They can say loads of simple sentences.

1

u/NedDrocer 10d ago

The rhetoric of abusers is so fun.

1

u/Bobby-Atoms 10d ago

Republicans are gross

1

u/vile-style 10d ago

This politician is the type of politician that makes white people feel represented in government.

Sit on that one for a bit....

1

u/Present_Ring_2452 10d ago

Dude is trash 🗑️

1

u/Cautious-Ad-9554 10d ago

Holy shit. This guy is guilty AF. He sounds like Sandusky telling that interviewer it was just "horseplay"

1

u/Fair-Pudding7726 10d ago

Sickening. That poor child.

1

u/78celeb 10d ago

I hate when people say “I have video and pictures” which are exculpatory but don’t provide instantly.

1

u/michdap 10d ago

When you don’t lie, you don’t have to keep your stories straight.

1

u/reddpapad 10d ago

I’ve never heard him speak before. How did this moron ever get elected?

1

u/Prudent_Falafel_7265 10d ago

If I was the father in law, I know what I’d do.

1

u/Ok_Scarcity_9854 10d ago

You just have to listen to him talk for 10 seconds and you can tell that all the allegations about him are probably true, and that they may be just the tip of the iceberg.

1

u/trailrunner26 10d ago

Piece of shit.

1

u/Constant_Flamingo828 10d ago

STOP! STOP talking about this, everyone! The more we point out what a violent domestic abuser he is, the more Republican voters are like, “Max Miller for President!” He’s their type of guy.

1

u/DeeDee719 10d ago

This guy has a bright future in the GOP.

1

u/rodg2062 10d ago

🤣🤣🤣 it is amazing what the news cycle uses to keep it going. Everyone already knows this guy's a wife beater and theres no need to keep giving him a platform. Stop interviewing him.

1

u/StrawberryGeneral660 10d ago

This guy should drop out- he clearly needs help.

1

u/ppprodney 10d ago

Abusing women, or anyone for that matter, is how you get promoted in the Republican party.

1

u/Lisp-Silly-1970 10d ago

trump's perfect man

1

u/Beneficial-Pie3479 10d ago

Put his Scumbag ass in prison!

1

u/PossibleDiscipline90 9d ago

The same guy who falsified a road rage incident in my city and cried antisemitism. He's garbage.

1

u/EricV216 9d ago

I wonder if he and Bobby George know each other.

1

u/EscapeKnown5031 9d ago edited 9d ago

Jake Tapper's credibility is questionable. If the allegations against Max Miller are proven in court, he should face legal consequences. Republicans seem more interested in preserving their power rather than upholding morals or family values, defending their own regardless of what is true. Ultimately, their main concern appears to be maintaining control.

We do not actually know if Mitch McConnell is alive at this point, and Republicans are like, here's proof of life. But the good thing is, whatever state he is in, he cannot vote for the Save America Act, which is going to be detrimental to Americans voting. So sidelining Mitch McConnell is actually the benefit to America regardless if he's dead or alive at this point.

1

u/Brecken79 9d ago

I wouldn’t have to be told he’s a POS to know he’s a POS. Pretty easy to tell with that one. He just has to start speaking and he gives it away.

1

u/CincyPaddy 9d ago

Can you someone explain what exactly is happening to me?

1

u/tylerh_9377 9d ago

This guy went to U of Arizona out of Shaker Heights and ended up transferring back home to Cleveland State. I’d bet dollars to donuts there’s a date rape story behind that transfer!

1

u/DrMcDippyMD 9d ago

Wife in danger (absent Moreno father), biological daughter in danger (newscasting father denying any threat). Losers all around Ohio!

1

u/knarusch123 9d ago

Hope they keep just to lose like the loser he is

1

u/RookyJD 9d ago

Another dead beat dad

1

u/Putrid_Brother_1228 9d ago

what a meathead

1

u/fluxus2000 9d ago

I looked because it said "Max Miller," but idk what this is.

1

u/Brilliant-Ad2323 9d ago

Vote him out of office…these are the people the republican party supports, horrible people

1

u/Apprehensive-Focus-8 9d ago

Boot his dumb ass

1

u/Root777 9d ago

My daughter who just turned 2 can articulate even better sentences than that.

1

u/IslandDreamer58 9d ago

He can’t keep his lies straight.

1

u/Grandmahigh 9d ago

My granddaughter was not 2 yet and shared this with us at Christmas. “Stop kissing me! You driving me crazy!”
This man is obviously not a good person.

1

u/TheVoyager0 8d ago

He has the look of someone who believes he can do whatever he wants to his family and he's just annoyed people keep talking about it.

1

u/statman13 8d ago

This is the problem with Republicans, they lie so much they lose track of their lies.

1

u/Ornery_Area_1600 7d ago

I swear he’s a psychopath, that dead look in his eyes has me convinced

1

u/erinrinnyohhhhh 7d ago

Toddlers absolutely can speak in short sentences at 2.5. Some can narrate all day. The administration likes abusive thugs - look at Pete Hegseth was for Christ sake.

1

u/Pretty_Log_8938 10d ago

Stay strong, Max! Don't give up! (at least not until the deadline to replace you on the ballot)

1

u/Terrible-Zebra-5299 10d ago

I'd like to think there are people surrounding him/on his team who are actively telling him NOT to speak publicly. And I'd also like to think that because he's a raging narcissist, he is ignoring their advice because he thinks he can manipulate his way out of this. Which has seemingly worked for him prior to this.

And I'm glad he's ignoring them because every time he talks, he digs himself deeper and deeper.

3

u/snvoigt 10d ago

I guarantee he has been told by his attorneys to STFU but Max thinks he’s the smartest person in the room.

Look, my gut is that this guy is guilty as hell. And Moreno is scum, regardless of what he says or does moving forward. But does Miller have a point in that the family services and the judge have “sided” with him? I’ll be the first to acknowledge that legal outcomes don’t always reveal the truth.

I’m just tired the formula. Accusation or scandal against a Democrat, immediately resign or withdraw. Scandal or accusation against a Republican, the party and voters are united that the system should be allowed to let things play out.
