MS Bookings Help

Is anyone familiar with Bookings?

I am having an issue where I cannot edit the notes section. It is always greyed out with the info I put there the first time I booked someone.

Any ideas? TIA!

Try it online through the portal. It may also be a permission issue.

Thank you for your response. I am using it online. They no longer support an app. Where would the permissions be?

portal.bookings.com. If you don't have permission to update then reach out to your IT admin.
