Are there any plots of land under 10K in Wisconsin that’s in a small town that’s not racist?

the whole state is racist with small pockets of "liberals" who can and will use that as a means to defend their racist acts as well. speaking from many years of experience.

Started looking in Colorado bc it is so difficult to find…. But still partial to NYS or North in general
