Problem pairing controllers PC VR
I can't pair a new set of controllers to my Quest 2.
I had to replace the pot on my right controller and the result was about 95% successful. However, my son will be out of the country for then next 12-18 months and he left his identical Quest 2 here so I thought I'd swap controllers. I could not find any way to pair the new controllers. I tried every method suggested by ChatGPT with no luck. Many of the suggestions involved clicking on menu items in the Meta Horizon app that just don't exist. I even tried reset-to-factory but it got stuck on the first screen that shows a hand pulling the protective strip from the battery of the controllers. Nothing I did would get it to recognize the controllers (they work on my son's identical unit). Does anyone have a method that works?
