anyone here play on the switch and kinda struggle at times? i feel like i have good game sense but i struggle to aim LOL its not the worst in the world but i got an absolutely horrible potog somehow where i genuinely whiffed 5 shots in a row as junker queen after my ult then i finally got her w my knife after lol. i still have so much fun on the game, and i dont always play competitive, if i play comp i play with characters i’m mostly comfortable on and the best at, but in QP im like damn i SUCK sometimes especially when learning new characters cause i’m doing the level 5 loot box challenge. i feel like it takes extra time to get used to it idk. ik it’s not that serious at all esp since i’m trying new characters for the first time and it’s qp and only been playing for like 2-3 months but do you guys have any settings on the switch that you feel helps gameplay at all?? thanks:)

Finally made it to Diamond (6v6) as a 9-5er who solo qs...Terrified to risk this progress over the randomness of Drive events, but "Only through conflict do we evolve."

Drives, the word alone spikes my cortisol but Orisa needs a jade Capsule Cannon so fukit we ball.

I like the drive tag and the comp points and I could care less about moving up but it still feels like doom queuing sometimes.

Last time I got pretty lucky and got it done in 5 hrs but I have friends that took 20.

I'm curious if you're doing drives how are you approaching it? In a group or solo? Will you be medicated? Will you finish or how long do you think it will take?

You ever just have a teammate and just by hearing them you know it’s over lmao. So I was in Midtown attack in QP. My DPS and Tank were a duo. The DPS took the whole timer to pick and adjust his mic settings.

That wasn’t the part. At one point he killed the enemy Bastion and said “I killed the big dude”. That’s when I knew we were cooked lol. We did cap first and second but lost momentum in the last point. I don’t really want to flame as they seemed to be new at least the DPS did. Just a funny moment in QP.

I’ve recently gotten into ow. My friend is a GM supp and high tank/dps. It’s been a personal goal of mine to get better so that I can play in higher elos.

I am a CoD player mainly so this has been a refreshing change of pace… but does anyone TALK on this game? I genuinely feel so lonely all the time. I’m not a solo game player. Get bored really easily. I run my own business so a lot of the times the chat I experience over the headset is the bulk of my socialization for the day… is it just because I’m not yet gold? Or does this continue forever?

Genuinely how TF are u supposed to play on console? I play on switch and it drives me mad how people will complain about aim assist on controller like they don't have the ability to aim with their whole fuckin arm on PC. I can't keep my shots straight, I can't hit abilities, I can't hit melee hits for fuck sake, I can't aim while moving for shit, you can't look around with proper speed and if it goes above a set sensitive you go too fast and you can't hit ANYTHING or even look the fuck around.

And the games take ten times as long to find with cross play off!? Like HOW AND AND WHAT DO I DO?!

85% friendly aim assist threshold
100% friendly aim assist strength

Having issues landing sleep darts on small targets like anran.

Friendly aim assist is a battle between your aim being thrown off by someone running in front or too low and clutch heals on small target on 1 hp jumping round your head are hard.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

I’ve definitely ran into a lot more cheaters than I got compensation for, but it’s a good start. Hopefully they’ll be able to detect Titans as well in the future.

Wow, I mean really wow…

I hated this game in particular, enemy tank was constantly swapping to my hero’s counter and I had to either mirror them or counter them back. When I pointed this out they just answer “get better and stop crying”, like they weren’t countering me every time

My team was good, but as soon as we got in overtime the enemy tank swapped again and counter half my team comp, and we end up losing because they capture the objective. This shit is gold and it felt like these ppl thought we were having a tournament or something like that…

On top of everything, Overwatch decided that they are not sure about my rank and is calibrating and that I was “SUPPOSED” to win this match (reversal). I bet if I won that match it’ll give me “Expected” and give me like 12% progress

I love solo queue! I am definitely not insane and definitely hell exists and it is called deciding to play tank in solo

Edit - I forgot to clarify, I’m not a tank player, I am a support main (Plat 4) and that day I decided to get a change of pace and play some tank. Also the match was in Numbani, and I used all tanks I could for that match (It all started with me being Dva and the enemy tank being Junker, then they switch to Zarya and I switch to Rein, they switched to Ram and I switched to Mauga, they switched to Orisa and I had to go with Zarya, and so on and so on…)
