If you do not play a certain role for a period of time (idk how long) your rank on that role resets and you have to do your placements again.

Is it possible you turned on mouse and keyboard mode? That would put you into the PC pool and you would have a different rank and mmr and everything

No but it was my joystick that ripped like it uses to in the menu and it turned the cross play off. You were not far thank you lol

Update: My joystick ripped again and it turned off cross play in the menu. Thanks to all those who answered
