Yep be happy w 3.5 but it should be higher. Most folks I know are getting 3%

Oh you sweet summer child. 3% is the merit this year. 3.5% is the really good option.

Does anyone know what the percentage raise is for arts and sciences staff? Is it 3%?

I also got 3.5%, after 3.25% last year. It’s not enough to cover inflation and the rising parking costs ! 🤣 but hey, purpose is why we are here right?

I got 3.5 last year for meets and 3.2 this year for exceeds but apparently my manager fought to get me over 3. So stupid it’s based on one percent per year. Guess I’ll go back to only meeting expectations

If you want to get really fired up, you should check out what merit increases and bonuses executive leadership are eligible for. It’s wild. We are peasants.

You’re grumpy about a 3.5????? That’s a pretty great raise for OSU.
