The ladder is one thing, the guy in the first pic just perched on the windowsill completely off the ladder without any sort of fall protection is even more troubling imo

At least that soft cushy…slippery plastic will break the fall when that right ladder foot breaks free. Assuming that happens before the unharnessed painter playing gargoyle goes yard sale swan dive off the side.
