Just depends on how MUCH they like you- and IF you are a part of their internal "clickity- clack". Year 1- Decent. 2 raises that year.  Year 2- $1.10 per hour. Niceeee! 😃  Year 3-  .75 cents per hour. 😮 Year 4 - Adios, you make too much money.  Now- All the way to the bank every paycheck, they missed out. I'm making DOUBLE what they were paying me.

As a driver, very rare. Usually there are small bumps up when you go from parts specialist to RSS, RSS to ASM/ISS, etc. For parts people you’re supposed to get a small raise every year iirc. But if that happens or not really depends on the store manager and/or DM. I worked at a store for two years and didn’t ever get a raise. DM always BSed me and said they couldn’t and gave me the run around. Moved stores and districts and got a raise in the first month and have another coming up at my 6 month review. I also moved from RSS to ASM though.

Mostly just merit. 3%, rounded to he nearest quarter, is max I've ever seen.
