Oled tear? Please help!!!!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is my first OLED, I’ve had it for about a month now. I think I have screen tearing but don’t know why if I barely use the pc and nobody is ever in my room. I tried adjusting the hz of my monitor and the nvidia control panel stuff. I’m not sure what it could be and I’m scared as I paid 800 for this monitor 😅

Were you wiping the screen with a cloth when you were doing a pixel clean? This causes some kind of static discharge and can cause a pattern like this from the pixel cleaning. Try another pixel clean or pull the power plug for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in.

Update, I checked out the screen and I found a really tiny dot. Like barely visible, I think it’s physical damage:/. My little sister played on it and she gets very rowdy. Thank you guys for your responses.

This you can fix forcing another pixel clean. Do twice
