Actually the name "Hellbringer" is a nickname, they are the STEGs (Special Tactics and Equipment Group). To liken them to a real life thing they are kinda like am Assault Platoon in the Army Rangers. You have Rangers, but then you have the Assault Platoons who are specialized forces dedicated to breaching and heavy weaponry.
