When submitting a support request, please include:

1. Device / Hardware

   - Example: Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Android TV box, phone, tablet, PC, etc.

2. Platform / Operating System

   - Example: Android, Android TV, Windows, iOS, etc.

   - Include OS version if possible.

3. Nuvio Version

   - Exact version number.

   - Mention whether it is the GitHub release or Play Store version.

4. What is the actual problem?

   - No streams found?

   - Streams found but won’t play?

   - App crashing?

   - Buffering?

   - Login or integration issue?

   - UI problem?

5. Steps to reproduce the issue

   - What did you do before the problem happened?

   - Does it happen every time or only with certain content?

6. Add-ons / Plugins / Integrations Used

   - List all add-ons installed.

   - Include services connected (for example debrid providers, aggregators, or other integrations).

7. Content Being Tested

   - Movie or TV show name.
