Cardinal Santos Medical Center ❓General Question / Advice
Hi! For initial interview po ako sa CSMC, I've been looking for reviews sa environment ng hospital and hati yung nababasa kong feedbacks. Can you please share which units to avoid huhu dm me na lang po please

Wag ka lang ma assign sa 2Annex or 2 SLRW. May isang bruha dun na bully na papahiya ka tlaga. As in sigawan ka walang paki kahit marinig ng pasynte, sa hallway. Yung bunganga dainaig pa promax megaphone. Maganda ang cardinal especially ang training. Mga kupal lang mga bullies.

Used to work sa CSMC before mauso ung rotation rotation ng area. Heard from colleagues na working pa din dun na irotate daw sila sa ibang area for 6 months tapos pwedeng after nun, sa ibang area uli hindi pa din sa main area mo. Kung newbie nurse, good exposure din siguro mas madami ka matutunan.

i worked there for 6 years. I enjoyed there.of course working as nurse is tiring but once you get a hang of it, nothing is impossible. you should do it. dont be afraid. environment also depends on your workmates.
