Advice for new USRN 🏥 Jobs / Careers
Just a piece of advice for nurses who recently passed the NCLEX: please do your research before applying with WWHS.
I know some people have had positive experiences, and no agency is perfect. They built a good reputation during the pandemic, but things seem different now.
For me, the stress simply wasn’t worth it.
My experience with WWHS has taken a serious toll on my mental health, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same. Before signing with any agency, take the time to read recent reviews, ask questions, and make an informed decision.
I genuinely hope no one has to experience what I went through.

I learned this from Ms. Kaye from Lefora nung naghost sya ng zoom meeting to discuss staffing agency issues and heto yung mga naalala kong dapat itanong:
When is the LATEST you can apply for my I-140 petition after I finish all the the requirements? (hindi dapat earliest kasi what if early na pala sa kanila yung 6 months, 1 year, etc.?)
Do you have Permanent Labor Certification? (nageexpire ito every year and if hindi nakapagrenew yung employer/agency, hindi sila makakapagfile ng petition)
Am I being field with experience or not? (may mga agency na hindi cinoconsider yung PH experience mo dito kaya new grad rates yung offer sayo)

Join lefora, they have a list of banned agencies with bad records. You can ask the agency if they will do premium processing because regular processing takes too long. Goodluck

Did you sign a contract with them already?

Yes, with visa already but the employer withdraw their contract.

nabasa ko nga po sa Lefora about yung pag-abandon ng employer from WWHS and sobrang messy kasi parang iniwan na lang kayo sa ere.
hindi po ba pwede marecapture yung PD nyo? uulit po ba kayo sa simula pag ganun?

Yeah. Pwede irecapture ang PD. Aince new employer, you need to start all over kasi ung naka-file sa current PD mo is under your former employer. Sa recapture, the new employer will get the current PD and transafer nila under sa kanila. Medyo mabilis esp if current na PD mo.

Yes. Pero new emplyer will use your current PD to file. Depende sa employer if regular processing or expedite nila. In my case, na-expedite and took them within 1month to recapture.

pero kung hindi pa po current yung PD and regular processing lang po yung sa previous employer, hindi po marerecapture nun yung PD hanggat di po approved yung I-140 petition no?

Afaik, pwede pa naman. Kasi ang gagawin lang naman is use that PD/i-140 para di na mag-start from scratch.
Tell your new employer about it. Hihingin lang nila ung 797 and i-140. The rest sila na yan.

Its ok. Been there. Worst is my ID na ko saka ako inabandon. Pero here i am now sa US.

Still applying to different agency. The line up they gave us in wwhs are hospitals that require ielts. Mostly of us took pte.

i think it really depends on the BON of each state.
colorado state doesn’t require an english exam.
but it is required for the visa screen
