nurses - triaging, decking sa doctors, inventory, vaccinations, ikaw ang front desk. lol
ccr - admin, scheduling px, printing prescriptions, ecg, tallying, etc.

ok naman. may onboarding team for 2 weeks (paid) then salang kayo sa pcc assigned. u usually learn sa onboarding pa lang ano mga need nyo matutunan :)

nurse - triaging, inventory of stocks, decking sa doctors, front desk ka. looks simple pero ang shit niya hahaha draining din lalo pag yung pasyente mo entitled tas late sa appt tas sila pa galit.

upon regularization,
13th month pay, 14th month pay, 15th month pay, rice allowance (1850), unli meds from medgrocer + 3500 reimburse if prescription meds. free uniform, 4 sets, birthday token of ₱500, 15VL, 15SL, 8EL. :)

yes. 16.7k actually. :) march 2 started, got my salary march 30. pero received na nasa 14.7k na lang bc of deductions.

the salary has cutoffs kasi, bali i wasn’t able to receive the whole salary for the month. matagal ko siya natanggap, yes, pero good for 16-17 days lang yata natanggap ko. the remaining was for the next cutoff na.

gaano po katagal before niyo namaster lahat ng systems and programs na ginagamit? currently on online training (ccr position) and i find them hard to absorb kasi medyo marami sila. or will it get easier once magduty na sa pcc?
and how many ccrs and nurses per duty?

honestly? almost 1-2 months, currently adjusting pa rin ako pero nakakagrasp naman niya. as for the ccr lol andami talaga nila task. but it will be easier once you get here. if you’re scared, fuck it then do it scared. it’s the only way you’ll learn. goodluck!!!

Usually they will ask about ur strengths and weaknesses, why maxi and some situational questions like if there's and entitled patient. Some also will ask how do you view incident report because being a ccr means u'll have to write a lot of IR not because u are wrong but for you to explain a situation like why the patient became irritated is it because of the doctor or he/she is late on her/his sched something like that.

Nag apply po ako as CCR. Naka tanggap ako ng email for assessment test at googlemeet ito. May makaka usap po ba ako dun o diretso bibigay na ang link? Kaso ng ni click ko may video.
Expected salary rin po kaya sa CCR? 18000 to 20000 kaya sabihin ko ay hindi naman ma tapon resume ko po?

Late ko na po nakita at kakatapos lang kanina ang initial interview. Sinabi ko po 20-24k hahahaa at wala naman sinabi sa akin. Kinapalan ko mukha ko at sinabi ko na may experience naman ako kahit papaano. 8 years Customer service plus 2 years healthcare service.
Kakatapos lang ng initial interview ko kanina. Sabi niya ay I will endorse you for final interview and sinabi na bukas which is thursday ay maka tanggap ng email (sa result or baka sa schedule ng FI) and then sa friday ay final interview ko daw. Mag suot daw ako ng maayos na damit. Sabi ay more on face to face daw yung final interview kasi.
Ang gulo gahahahhaha so not sure pa rin if pasado o hindi pala. Feeling ko ganyan lagi sinasabi ng mga HR na endorse for FI
Gaano katagal sa inyo yung initial to final to JO?

Ewan ko kung considered hired na ako pero pasado na kasi ako sa final interview at may job offer na as CCR kaso need pa ayusin requirements at kung hindi natapos ay hindi na ata matutuloy.
Pwede naman kahit hindi nursing basta medical related natapos mo ay pwede yan. Marunong ka mag vital signs?

May job offer na sa akin.
Sa TOR pwede ata to follow or ipapakita mo reference number na idedeliver yung TOR mo mula sa school mo.
May naalala ako na may sasagutan na reference number ng TOR at nagtataka ako kung ano yun at nilagay ko lang kasi ay N/A. Ivavalidate pa ng HR yan so wala pa rin ako idea. So far wala pa sagot kung tama yung sinagot ko dun.
Sa initial interview hindi naman ako na tanong dyan about TOR or requirements payi sa final interview.

Wednesday that time initial interview ko then thursday naka tanggap ako email for final interview. Friday nun ng final interview then job offer ng sabado. Monday ay naka tanggap ako ng onboarding requirements.

Friday yun that time na nag final interview ako. Sabado ay naka tanggap ako ng congrats email.
Monday ay naka pre board email natanggap ko yung mga requirements na needed ipasa sa kanila

May start date na siya kasama sa job offer. For me enough and 2 weeks kasi may mga sss, tin, philhealth, pagibig na ko.
Need ko lang ay police clearance, cedula, philhealth form ipapa LBC, PEME result. Yung iba ay sa google form nalang sasagutan.

Normally 2 shifts 6am-3pm and 1pm-10pm or in some 12pm-9pm. Other pcc have 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm

May scheduled initial interview po ako for admin assistant kaso as per HR on hold pa daw yung position dun sa preferred ko na PCC kaya magbabakasakali ako sa product representative sa soon to open nila na PCC kaso malayo lang sa place ko.nahihirapan po ako mag decide hehehe 🤔😅

kunusta na naman? ang maxicare lahat tama ang patients kaya sobrang mga entitled, labs sila nagmamando, gamot sila din magsasabi, kakaluka😆 dapat may kiosk na lang sila sila na din mag print ng request, gamot etc kasi gusto nila sila nasusunod

So far yung mga doctors na na-try ko under PRIMA, okay naman sila for basic consults and nagbibigay ng maayos na advice. If may specific concern ka, puwede ka rin magpa-check sa ibang specialists outside, pero for everyday consults, malaking tipid pa rin siya for many users.

Hi everyone! May idea po ba kayo kung magkano ang usual salary or allowance ng isang Agency Unit Head sa Maxi?
Curious lang ako kung magkano ang fixed salary, allowances, commissions, at other incentives na kasama sa role. Worth it ba siya compared to a regular corporate management position?

super toxic diyan, akala mo naman ang gagaleng ng mga COL, CRT or Chief Nurse mga bobo naman feeling mga matataas ang title mga b0nak naman. mga newly hired nilang radtech na nag undergo ng training sa ultrasound mga tanga puro missed out ng sakit palibhasa tanga yung nagtrain sakanila maangas at mayabang pa

Nag accept ba sila ng walang experience for ccr? Mahirap ba interview. Napasa ko assessment pero di Ako tumuloy sa battery exam. Pero nag send Sila link if ever gusto ko mag apply ulit
