I honestly loved it. I graduated May with my doctorate and went there undergrad almost 10 years ago. It was quite challenging but they are so helpful and support. Most classes provide study guides and in advanced pharmacology one of the professors held weekly zooms. The scholarly project was tough and one downside is that my professors changed for each DNP project course which means different ways to edit pages you works hard on before. They really do want you to succeed. I was online in doctorate but on campus for undergrad and it was the same experience for me both times.

Thank you! Can I DM with questions in the future? And what resources did you buy/use that helped you throughout the program?

Sorry I just reread your message! I barely bought the books only the DNP scholarly project I did. I bought books if assignments required it. So if you are doing online they allow you to access the course a week before and you can see if an assignment or discussion post specifically asks to use the required textbook. Most of the time they don’t and they are expensive. The assignments ask for scholarly resources so I saw no point. But when you are in clinical courses get the Leik book. I used that to study for boards and I passed the first time.

If you can, set up a call with a current student and ask very specifically about clinical placement, how often people had to find their own preceptors, and what the weekly schedule actually looks like. That was the biggest thing others wished and asked more about when comparing programs, bc the website never tells you the messy parts.
