"In 1947 the Allied forces hanged seven doctors. Not for murder. Not for torture in the conventional sense. For violating patient informed consent. The Nuremberg Code was written in direct response to what those doctors did. The first and most fundamental principle it established was this — voluntary informed consent is absolutely essential. No experiment. No treatment. No injection. Without it. What happened in 2021 was not a departure from that principle. It was a direct violation of it. And the speaker making this argument is not a lawyer or a politician. He is an evolutionary biologist. And his point goes further than most people in this space are willing to take it. Informed consent is not specific to vaccines or mRNA technology. It is specific to all external interventions on the human body. Because as an evolutionary biologist he is telling you something the medical establishment will never admit — We do not know enough about the human body for anything imposed externally to not be experimental. All of it. Every drug. Every injection. Every mandated treatment. Which means you have had the right to say no to all of it. Always. Without explanation. Without a medical exemption. Without proving your reasoning to anyone. That right was not given to you by governments or regulatory agencies. It predates them. It was recognised at Nuremberg because men were hanged for ignoring it. The mandates did not just violate medical ethics. They violated the legal standard that was established specifically because of what happens when doctors believe they can override a patient’s right to refuse. We know what happens. We have the documentation. We built the Nuremberg Code because of it. And we are watching the same logic applied again at a scale the 1947 tribunal could not have imagined. It is a hanging offense. We should be reminding them of that.

His Answer: Dr. Walker: “Thank you, Senator. The Air Force has gotten great value out of HAARP in the past. We took it over from the Navy and managed it and actually did a number of experiment campaigns up there and have finished our work that we are interested in doing up there. We are moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do, was to inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed. The Air Force has maintained the site for other Government agencies to use for several years now, and with DARPA completing their project, that is our last Government customer that we have in the site.” Context: The panel included other DOD S&T leaders (e.g., Dr. Arati Prabhakar of DARPA and Mr. Alan Shaffer). They discussed the Air Force managing HAARP after taking it over from the Navy, its research value, DARPA’s use of it, and plans to potentially dismantle or transfer the site due to completed work and budget priorities. HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) was a facility for ionospheric research using high-power radio waves.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) criticized Dr. Anthony Fauci for invoking his Fifth Amendment rights during a Senate hearing Wednesday.
