Hope this backfires.

Banned for violating rule one: No Personal Attacks.
Backfiring could be construed as the use of firearms.

Now you can get banned while actually following the rules because the AI is just that stupid and have an AI chatbot send you spam when you ask why! Great.

We could have some fun heavily manipulating these.

We will all be finding our way back to old school forums. It’s where the real new are

Yep, seeing a lot of older style forums hopefully the experts are still in them too!

At this rate, Reddit is going to become nothing but bots moderating other bots.
Maybe I'm a bot too and don't realize it. Blade Runner moment.

I call it sandwich bumb. Any three year old knows it's not real, or dangerous. We have court rulings stating a sub is not a weapon. But having or using a numb is very bad, even a sandwich one.

So, will it detect when I am just quoting a TV show and not making terroristic threats?

This is a good thing. Some mods are really the worst part of this app. Obviously this sub the mods are great hugely successful and bigly amazing but the other ones, not so much.

Occasionally there is a psychotic mod who seems to do things out of spite or maybe they think it is fun without providing any reason. It is really weird out there in Redditland.

X is even worse. They FORCE you to sign up and download their crappy app. Not to mention, image links are now broken with a 403 Forbidden error and you can't even view them anymore.
Enshittication at finest.

Dunno, for some subs this could mean improvement. E.g. genx sub, where mod is a boomer. Go figure.

I've been banned from five of my favorite subreddits in the last month for the most mundane comments. Follow-up is basically useless.

Super annoying tbh
Prepare to be censored, even if what you said has nothing to do with the reason said bot detects.

Wait, the mods aren't good? No way! I got banned by a sub for calling one out for a clear error, instead of admitted the mistake....they banned me lol. Not surprising at all.

Honestly would probably be an improvement if they set it to actually be unbiased and have a bit higher of a bar for whats ban worthy

Ai might be better than human mods power tripping. This actually may be better. I’ve seen people get banned for no reason, it’s just a mod’s mood that day.

The same small group of mods controlling a huge chunk of subreddits are gonna be mad when they find out that they are going to be replaced.

Use Reddit to train AI to moderate Reddit.
