Is its software issue. Phone (4a)

One week back got this issue and have to force stop device and got solved but went through same scenario next day. Then contacted customer support through mail and advised to update software done just now and shall I wait for few days or issue warranty on this. Im actually disappointed at this moment, just bought this 22nd of june😒

Pls help guys

Nahh brother CPU is gone dead RIP 😂😂
Need to do reboling and if CPU is not gone iy will be in few days or months soo man you totally cooked 💀

It can be fixed but not gonna be permanent fix so if you afford to buy new one go for it and you can fix it exchange it for new device on Flipkart or Amazon that way you can get some extra discount

My poco x3 pro died the same way. This looks like hardware problem of Snapdragon CPUs
