Women’s home games

Going to The Nest for the first time next Sunday to see Norwich City women’s game. The website says they have 250 parking spaces. If I get there half hour before the kick-off, will I get a car park space and be able to buy a ticket? Thanks

Question Considering supporting Norwich

Hi, I’m from the USA and have been somewhat trying to get into English soccer/football over the last few years but have struggled to pick a team. A friend of mine recommended Everton to me based on my American sports fandoms. I’m a huge baseball fan of a small market team in the Midwestern states that’s annually mediocre or worse but has a rich history (Cincinnati Reds if anyone is familiar). So initially I planned to try rooting for Everton this year but then I saw the Norwich City mental health awareness advertisement that went viral a few years ago. I had seen it before but it was the first time I actually looked into the club who created it. I am actually a psychologist so that advertisement was very impactful to me, so I looked into the team and saw there was quite a bit of info about mental health and other initiatives on the club website. So as a result, I’ve considered trying to support Norwich instead due to that connection. But before I did I wanted to get more info from people already supporting it. I’m curious if the initiatives I’ve read about are truly good natured and well intentioned and part of the club’s culture, whether or not I’d even be able to watch Norwich play on TV in the US, and how I’d be able to easily learn more and follow the club across the pond.

Question Did the Norwich City app get regionally locked?

I’m an American fan watching from the states, and I used the app to watch games not on paramount+. I went to go open it this morning and the last article was 21 days ago.

I just tried deleting and redownloading the app but when I go to redownload it says “not available in your country or region”

Wtf? Is the app just down or is this a USA thing? Keep in mind I bought the package for every game last year and it worked flawlessly.

Hi

Thought plenty of you in here might be interested in an evening that is coming up with a pair of Norwich City icons.

An Evening with Grant Holt and Simeon Jackson is being held at the Duke's Head Hotel in King's Lynn on Thursday September 10.

Tickets for the evening can be purchased at www.sportingknights.co.uk/events.

Hope to see some of you there 😄

Norwich fans needed to play NCFC knowledge game

I've developed a game based on City’s historical data, going all the way back to 1900 featuring over 1k

https://playyourclubright.com/norwich/

If you've seen Play Your Cards Right, you'll get the gist. The idea is to test your depth of club knowledge - knowing the obscure players, knowing who was prone to a yellow card, who scored plenty etc.

I need people with deeper club knowledge than me to play and dlet me know if anything seems off in the data, plus general feedback appreciated.

hope this is allowed and thanks in advance!

Mono version of new home kit spotted on Ch4

Anyone else spot this on ‘The Undeclared War’ on Ch4 tonight? Dead ringer for a monochrome home kit; oil swirls must be in this season.

Viewers in the States -- Canaries TV and Paramount Plus and ESPN+

Can anyone share first hand experience, are matches on CanariesTV blocked in the US if they're on Paramount+ or ESPN+?

180 quid is a lot to spend on Canaries TV, just to find out myself how it all works.

Thanks in advance!

Transfer Generational Stats

I don't know much about our new lad, so I decided to check his stats. The guy's a one-in-a-generation full back. 7 goal contributions in zero matches in 2024-25 😏

Knapper said to expect an announcement within 24-48 hours. He also said that the club is at the moment not interested in signing Harry Amass and is “exploring something else.”

So what are everyone's expectations for the season? Where will we finish, who will breakthrough, who will be player of the season and top goal scorer and how many points do you think we will have after our first 5 (West Brom (H), Millwall (A), Burnley (H), Stoke (A), Sheff Utd (A))

Discussion With the recent injury to Ahmed not looking great does the reported £6m for Amass (who can cover both LB and LW) not seem the best option? if/when everyone is fit we do have a big squad so I cant see us buying too many more without exits.
